The premise of True Colors is that understanding the similarities and the differences of personality and individual perspective leads to developing improved communication skills and a greater appreciation of the uniqueness of individuals. The application of the program can vary based on the needs of the workplace and it is easily integrated into organizations that have used MBTI or other foundational personality assessments due to its flexible nature.
